After the website is finished, will I be able to update it myself?
Absolutely. Once we have migrated your finished site, it is 100% under your control. Depending on the type of website that has been created, you might be regularly contributing to posting new and updating existing website content. We offer training for this if applicable.

Daily back-ups of your entire website are provided; Website security tools and website monitoring are also included.
How involved will I be in the website design process?
Very involved. Your input is critical to the website development. We’ll start by going over your questions, goals, objectives, and examples of sites you like.
We will review what written content you have available or need to have created; what images you have available and those that need to be acquired for your site to be visually pleasing and to communicate your message.
Along the way your feedback loop is critical to our working together in developing your website. At the end of the day, it is your website.
Am I responsible to provide all of the content for the website?
You are responsible for providing all of the text, images you want used, logos, and any other collateral you want included on your website.
If content needs to be developed, we can help you with that. You have the information — provide it to us and we will create quality written SEO content.
We have graphic design resources available from trusted partners if you do not have such a relationship in place or need to make a change.

We have chosen to focus only on the WordPress “platform”. WordPress is widely popular with a wide and highly active development community.
WordPress is also the world’s largest used website platform. By focusing our energy on carefully researching and testing different plugins, we’ve found that that WordPress is a more than suitable platform for just about anything you may want.
Will my new website need SEO?
We certainly recommend that you have a search engine optimization strategy to become and remain relevant. All items including text, images & video will be visible by the search engines, and essential steps will be taken for search relevancy, but it does not mean you will initially/automatically rank. SEO is not a one-time activity. Your website does not include any monthly SEO services.
If you are interested in maintaining and improving your ranking & marketing position we do offer several levels of continuing SEO services.
What does “royalty free stock images” mean?
Royalty free stock images to enhance the overall look of the site are recommended. These types of images are in a specific category that does not require that the individual or business to pay a royalty or have to perpetually renew a license for self-publishing.
Some Royalty Free Images do have minimal costs and we can set a budget for this as part of your quotation.
Premium royalty free stock images are images that can be purchased and be used in your design project. Sometime these images become “must have” because they are so appealing and fit the website project extremely well.
Your assistance with these selections are critical to the cohesiveness of your website and your brand.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For projects, we want to reduce our costs to you. Payment of the initial down payment for a project, work in progress payments, and final project balance, payment by check is preferred.
Payments for recurring services are required in advance and setup for electronic payment.
